Forthcoming Walks

Walks we have planned for the near future.

In line with the latest Government advice during the current Coronavirus epidemic, Clevedon Civic Society have regretfully cancelled all meetings until further notice. Footpath Walks and Environment Group Working Parties have resumed, with Social Distancing and PPE where necessary.

Clevedon 'Two Rivers' Walk

A walk of approx. 6.5 miles.

Leave Baptist Church, Queens Square at 10:00am.

Cafe stop, Picnic lunch.

Phil will lead the 'Two Rivers' walk around Clevedon. There will be two stops, one for morning Coffee, the other for lunch; please bring your own Picnic for the latter.

In order to meet the 'Track and Trace' requirements for this activity during the current Covid-19 pandemic, anyone wishing to join this walk must register with Phil prior to the date (using the phone number above).

Clevedon Social Walkers - holiday weekend 2021

Dovedale, Peak District.

Phil has made our booking for the 2021 Walking Weekend at a HF hotel in Dovedale. Anyone wishing to attend this weekend should contact him on 07843 160198. There are currently 18 people going on this weekend, with two double and one single room available for newcomers. The cost for a standard room is £259 per person, with a £75 pp deposit required by 22 November 2020.

We meet for our walks at the gravel overflow car park at the entrance to the Strode Road Sports Centre (SRCP), unless otherwise noted.
