4 hardy walkers turned out for this Survey Walk starting at All Saints' Church, through Court Wood towards the motorway bridge and then down the valley path to Nortons Wood Lane.

The only snag on our survey came when we tried to find the entrance to path 34 by The Lodge, which had been noted as possibly blocked in the walk guidelines written in early 2012!

An alternative path was found and some sign clearance was undertaken when the group found themselves at the end of this by Walton Road.

After walking up Holly Lane to resume the planned walk at the entrance to the Golf Course, a walk along street pavements and down Bennetts Ripple back to the Church completed our exercise.

An interesting walk of 4.3 miles, full of conversation, enjoyed by all.
