Brilliant sunshine accompanied the 7 walkers as we explored Sandpoint.
We were excited by the news that a vicious dinosaur called ‘chief dragon’ had been discovered across the muddy Bristol Channel and hoped that perhaps one might still live in this remote part of Somerset. However, not surprisingly, we didn’t come across one but saw its distant relatives, crows and magpies.
Apart from that disappointment it was a smashing walk, with wonderful views of the sea, ships, and across mudflats. The weather was pleasantly unexpected with almost cloudless skies, a perfect day for this walk.
