Thirteen Walkers and one dog assembled at the Queen Adelaide Public House in Blagdon for a 4.5 mile circular walk.

After a steady climb in the Burrington Combe direction, with fine views over the lake, the route descended through woodland and byways to reach a picturesque refreshment stop by the stream at Rickford.

The final part of the walk through meadows brought the party back to the starting point with a welcome lunch at the pub.
