We enjoyed fine weather during September's working party at Marshalls Field.
The footbridge and steps up to the sea defence embankment had become very overgrown (again!) so we split into two groups of 3 to tackle both areas.
Weeds were cleared and the routes made safe for passage. Dozens of members of the public stopped to thank us, with one commenting that it would make a nice change not to have his clothes snagged by the brambles.
Everyone was careful to maintain social distancing throughout.
